What Our Customers Are Saying
Stéphane Guérin, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your services. This isn’t my first home, but it’s the first used home I’m buying—and this time, on my own. I have to admit, it’s a bit stressful. You were professional yet reassuring, and that’s exactly what I needed!
We worked with inspectors Jason Blais and Stéphane Millaire as part of a commercial project. The service was courteous and attentive, with outstanding professionalism and expertise. The inspectors demonstrated great thoroughness during this pre-purchase inspection and were truly friendly. The detailed report was delivered within 72 hours, to our great satisfaction. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy with confidence.
Sébastien Chalifoux was exceptional during the inspection of the house we are in the process of buying. It was our first experience with a residential inspection, and thanks to his thoroughness, attention to detail, and expertise, we learned a lot and felt extremely well-informed and well taken care of. Thank you, Sébastien, for your outstanding service!
Marc André Brouillette, thank you for your work. I appreciate the structured inspection report, which makes it easy to consult and refer back to when needed. I won’t hesitate to recommend you to those around me!
Awais Iftikhar is an excellent home inspector! We had a construction follow-up inspection done, and Awais was very professional. He answered our questions with clear explanations. Thank you!
Alain Chicoine, I want to thank you for all the times I have used your services. I am truly grateful for your keen eye, professionalism, and thoroughness. I also appreciate your natural talent for teaching; I feel like I’m learning many important concepts I never would have suspected but that are so crucial for making informed decisions when buying a house. In fact, you have become my pillar of security. Naturally, I don’t hesitate to share my satisfaction with those around me.
I have nothing to complain about! Étienne Kirouac was professional, explained things in a way that I could easily understand, and gave me advice on how to repair or improve certain issues in my home, which I loved! As a first-time homebuyer, I absolutely do not regret working with him, and I will definitely recommend him!
I had an excellent experience with inspector Tanya Manno. She was very thorough and checked everything in depth. She took the time to clearly explain everything throughout the inspection. She gave me advice on how to improve the house and what updates to make to extend its lifespan (maintenance and small upgrades that can make a difference). She also provided me with contacts to quickly get quotes to better plan my budget.
Excellent work, Mr. Stéphane Guérin! We thank you for the very detailed report and your professionalism. Best regards!
Excellent service performed with care and professionalism. Marc Millaire took the time to explain each of his recommendations to us, ensuring we fully understood the necessary maintenance.
I’ve had 3 inspections in Mont-Tremblant with Alain Chicoine in the Laurentians — he’s my guy!
I worked with Stephane Roberge in Drummondville and I have only one word: impeccable! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I received outstanding service.
Thank you, Martin Forget, for the inspection today. I really appreciated the professionalism, advice, and explanations throughout the entire process!
A big thank you to Stéphane Guérin! Impeccable and super fast service. Thanks for all your advice!
Joseph Gratton, with his approach, was able to simplify the various elements of the inspection and greatly contributed to our informed decision-making. His personalized and friendly approach should serve as a model in the profession, and we believe it’s important to recognize and highlight individuals who demonstrate such skills and knowledge.
Dear Alain Chicoine, I wanted to take a moment to thank you once again (the fifth time!) for your excellent services. I have once again benefited from your keen eye, deep knowledge of buildings, and professionalism. You have been an invaluable help throughout my long house-hunting journey. Each time, I have had complete confidence in your observations and reports. I will never hesitate to recommend you!
I want to mention that myself, my clients, and my partner (also a REMAX broker) were all present during the inspection conducted by inspector Awais Iftikhar. The feedback was unanimously positive! Mr. Iftikhar was professional, calm (not alarmist), thorough, able to find solutions, make connections, and reassure the buyers.
Jason Blais accompanied us during the pre-purchase inspection of our new home. We want to highlight his work. Beyond his technical skills and knowledge, he truly stood out for his calm and professional attitude—much to his credit. A highly valuable expert for his professionalism and demeanor! We will definitely recommend Jason, thank you!
Sébastien Chalifoux was very knowledgeable, and it was a pleasure working with him. He explained every step and made sure we understood everything. Plus, he is bilingual, which helped me a lot. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection!
I had an inspection done today by Dany Ménard. Super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I left feeling confident and with a binder full of information. I highly recommend their services.
