Alain Mongrain

Before dedicating myself to building inspection, I worked for several years as a technician in access systems, including automatic, manual, and revolving doors, as well as access systems for bank ATMs, with a major company in the Greater Montreal area.

I also have solid experience in the construction industry, along with hands-on experience in renovation work, which allows me to maintain a comprehensive and practical understanding of buildings.

Since 2022, I have held a diploma in Building Inspection from the Cégep du Vieux-Montréal. I gained my initial professional experience with the Valleyfield Service Center, under the supervision of the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ).

I am a member of the APCHQ and hold professional liability insurance covering errors and omissions.

I am enthusiastic about joining a highly respected team in the building inspection field, where knowledge-sharing and continuous learning are key values.
