I studied civil engineering and initially worked in quality control of materials (on-site, in factories and laboratories, and geological surveying). Additionally, I have supervised construction sites for over 10 years.

I became a building inspector in 2000 following hands-on training and numerous continuing education courses. Since then, I have conducted thousands of inspections.

Holder of a national certification issued by the National Certification Council of Home Inspectors (CNCII) and carrying professional errors and omissions insurance, I am a member in good standing of the APCHQ.
