Holder of a College Studies Certificate (AEC) in Building Inspection, I have nurtured a true passion for construction and renovation since a young age.

Along with my training, I bring over 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, where I developed strong expertise and a rigorous methodology. This background allowed me to master strict standards, procedures, and quality control — skills that are directly transferable to building inspection.

Just like in aviation, where safety and compliance leave no room for improvisation, I approach every inspection with a methodical eye and sharp attention to detail. My work is guided by professionalism, impartiality, and precision, enabling me to quickly identify even the smallest issues and evaluate each property according to the highest standards.

I am a member in good standing of the APCHQ and carry professional liability insurance for errors and omissions. As a proud member of Quebec’s largest building inspection franchise, I also take part in ongoing training several times a year to stay up to date with the latest standards and regulatory changes.
