Having been involved in the construction industry since 1988, I am a former construction contractor who has built several buildings and carried out numerous renovations over the years in both Quebec and Ontario.
I hold a Building Inspection Certificate obtained in 2009 from La Cité Collégiale. I also earned Level 1 Thermography Certification from the Infrared Training Center in 2021.
I carry professional liability insurance for errors and omissions and am a member in good standing of the APCHQ.
As a specialist in building codes, framing, and masonry, I have taught carpentry and bricklaying as a substitute instructor for several years at the Asticou Center and La Cité Collégiale. I also have experience appearing in court as an expert witness.
