Mario Roy has extensive experience as a carpenter and in residential renovation. He has also been a real estate investor and property manager for several years.
Holding a college-level Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in building inspection, he has completed mold training offered by Groupe GESFOR, an engineering consulting firm, and is also an ITC level certified thermographer.
Despite his experience and training, Mario continues ongoing education to stay up to date with new knowledge and current regulations.
When inspecting a home, he does so with the same rigor as if it were his own. His ethical sense and personal values make him a trustworthy person capable of informing you about current and potential issues and guiding you toward possible solutions.
