Owner and founder of Les Services Inspec-Thor Inc., Serge Dubé began in the 1990s as a general contractor specializing in construction. Over the course of his extensive career, he has built and renovated more than 2,000 buildings in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Holder of a certificate in business management and a building inspection certificate (Institut Grasset de Montréal), he also holds a general and specialized contractor’s license. A member of the APCHQ, he possesses several certificates and attestations related to building inspection.

Having been a building inspector for over 15 years, he has conducted more than 5,000 inspections.

Additionally, Serge Dubé served as the director of the National Association of Building Inspectors and Experts (ANIEB) for more than four consecutive years.

He is a building inspector trainer for Assisco and provides continuing education to inspectors throughout Quebec.

Member and holder of a national certification issued by the National Certification Council for Home Inspectors (CNCII), the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NHICC), and certified as a Master Inspector (CMI) by InterNACHI in Boulder, Colorado, as well as by InterNACHI Quebec.
