Construction monitoring inspection
When building your new home, the building inspector will take care of the follow-ups for you. Four visits are required:
- Foundation and structure,
- Plumbing, Electricity, Insulation,
- Interior / exterior finish,
- Final inspection; all in accordance with the building code.
